A 22 year old Wesley Storer of Yarmouth Maine returned to the United States today after secretly serving in Vietnam in his brother Glenn's place. He arrived in Saigon April 21 aboard a military flight and faced no charges. Glenn had left the country on April 10 for a two week leave. Glenn later described the war to his brother as unreal and worse than anything imaginable.

Kidnappers Seize Israeli Official In Istanbul

Project manager Robert Newman outlined a timetable for the Barnwell County plant to begin commercial operation by Allied Gulf Nuclear Services in 1974. The facility will recover unused uranium and plutonium from reactor fuel, peak with about 800 construction jobs and 250 permanent positions, and mainly hire locally. The plant serves reactors nationwide with emphasis on the Southeast’s growing nuclear power network.
