Weekend incidents include damage to a Richland Avenue residence door and thefts at Old Wagoner Road and Belvedere properties. A Belvedere burglary saw jewelry and electronics taken. Additional thefts and a vandalism spree touched Duches Road, Outing Club Road, Celeste Avenue, Lott Street, Jeffcoat Road and Kellogg Drive with amounts ranging from 35 to 2000 dollars. A 17 year old faces malicious injury charges for a mailbox incident. Timothy Beard cited as a suspect in a Vaucluse case.

Doctor sues over sale of damaged Jabiru light plane
Washington state physician Frank Sennewald sues defunct Tiger Aviation Inc and dealers Tremblay and Larsen in Aiken County claiming he was misled about a Jabiru 2200 bought in November 1998 for 29000. He says the aircraft had three major accidents and an emergency landing after purchase. He seeks UDTPA relief, triple damages, and related costs. Tremblay and Larsen have 30 days to answer.
