Death ruled murder in weekend shooting
Darius Scruggs 21 of Augusta died from a gunshot wound after a May 9 shooting on Brown Lane in Aiken. Coroner Tim Carlton ruled the death a homicide. autopsy planned in Newberry. Police say leads are being pursued and no arrest has been made.
