Obama ousts top IRS acting commissioner over targeting

President Obama announced the ouster of Acting IRS Commissioner Steven Miller after an inspector general report found the IRS improperly singled out tea party groups for review for over 18 months. Obama pledged safeguards and immediate implementation of most recommendations.

GOP Democrats press Holder on subpoenas and AP data
