Mommy & Me Missions Teaches Children to Help Others
Mommy & Me Missions mobilizes mothers and children to perform weekly service projects during summer. Kami Rice, the director, says about 100 participants expected, with at least 10 projects planned, including work with Helping Hands, Children's Place, Mental Health America of Aiken County, Golden Harvest, and David's Blankets. The group also aids The Salvation Army during Christmas and has roots back to founder Adrienne Patterson in 2011.
