Automatic Switch Complies After Public Notice Violations
Willard Phillips of Automatic Switch Company stated the plant achieved compliance by installing oil separators and waste control devices at a cost under 5000 dollars after a public notice cited significant noncompliance for total organic carbon in 1995. The facility handles about 3000 gallons of waste daily and found no health hazard. A & L Foods, Inc. also cited for significant noncompliance for pH in 1995 and has since ceased operations.
