Isle of Palms Man Charged in Fatal Boat Crash
Lance Edward Falkowski 25 faces two counts of boating under the influence after a April 20 Intracoastal Waterway collision that killed two women. Missing Rock Hill psychiatrist found dead in North Carolina
The body of 43 year old Stephen Lokke from Rock Hill South Carolina, a psychiatrist, was found along North Carolina Highway 10 near Shelby. Authorities treat the death as suicide. Local coroner Ralph Mitchem announced the discovery around 3 p.m. Saturday in Gaston County.
