A trash can was stolen from Zelkova Court and a car break in on Whiskey Road shattered a window and took an iPad 2 at Atlanta Bread Company. A mailbox vandalism on Photomon Drive caused $200 in damages.

Arthur Flemming, 19, of Hickory Ridge Road in Aiken, pleaded guilty to second degree burglary and received seven years with 90 days in jail and two years probation. He fled a patrol car after arrest. the escape charge was dismissed as part of the plea with 19 days credit. Bill D. Smith, 23, of Beech Island, pleaded guilty to four charges and drew five years with one year served and two years probation, all to run concurrently. Dossett II, 41, Warrenville, pleaded guilty to domestic violence second offense and was sentenced to one year in prison suspended after 90 days with nine months probation and 66 days credit.
