Appeals court blocks Earnhardt autopsy photo access
Florida appeals court denies Michael Uribe access to Dale Earnhardt autopsy photos held by a DeLand based site owner. The panel found Uribe failed to explain why the case should not be dismissed after a trial court injunction kept the images sealed. He may appeal further while the Legislature moves to restrict autopsy photo releases.
