Woman Charged with DUI En Route to AA Meeting
A 61 year old Aiken woman was detained for DUI after wrecking her 2007 Lexus on Silver Bluff Road near Dougherty around 5 15 p m May 1. Officers detected alcohol, she admitted drinking about 4 ounces of vodka and failed field sobriety tests before a breath sample showed a blood alcohol content of 0.20.
