County backs Cultural Center with funding uncertain
Aiken County Council backed the Center for African American History Art and Culture with unanimous approval of a funding resolution though no dollar amount was named. The vote was 7 to 2 with Scott Singer and Chuck Smith opposing seeking more time on a tourism tax.
