Man drops SANS from lawsuit and swaps Centerra

Aiken County resident Andrae Dash amends suit against Savannah River Nuclear Solutions to name Centerra as contractor at the Savannah River Site. The modify seeks a court declaration that Centerra must pay him benefits from his late father Willie Robinson Jr.’s 401k. Dash alleges an ex-wife and court orders were involved, with the original claim tied to Centerra predecessors and Cash as beneficiary. No defendants have answered as of Thursday morning.

IHOP Aiken Location Temporarily Closed Amid Reports

A sign at the IHOP on Whiskey Road in Aiken states a temporary closure during the coronavirus pandemic. Susan Nelson of Dine Brands Global said the closure is temporary and there is no further information yet. The firm’s IHOP chain operates globally with Applebee’s also under Dine Brands.
