The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm watch for central North Carolina and parts of South Carolina on Saturday. Aiken County reported no warnings, though McCormick, Lincoln and Lexington counties faced severe weather. A cold front moves in tonight with isolated storms possible. Sunday is forecast to be mild with highs in the mid-70s.
