Hit and run injures pedestrian near Howlandville Road
The South Carolina Highway Patrol probes a Saturday hit and run on Howlandville Road in Warrenville. A man walking southbound on the shoulder was struck by a southbound vehicle whose driver and exact vehicle are unknown. He was airlifted to Augusta University Medical Center in critical condition.
