Races to Fund USCA Athletic Programs at Aiken Event
The 16th annual Aiken Harness Races raise funds for University of South Carolina Aiken athletics including scholarships and equipment. Athletic Director Randy Warrick notes last year’s rain delay trimmed proceeds to about 15 000 dollars and hopes for better weather this year. University officials and community leaders join the event, with USCA Pacers and volunteers coordinating races and a celebrity sulky run.
