Probation Given for Theft From Father in Aiken County
Aiken County man Paul Derek Alben aged 27 received three years in jail with 18 months probation after stealing more than 300 dollars from his father. Judge Richard Fields noted the offense occurred while the father spoke on the phone. The defense cited Alben’s unemployment and goal to work as a welder at Charleston naval shipyard. Man Sentenced for Driving Under Suspension in Windsor
