Graniteville Man Faces Million Dollar Cocaine Charges
Jerome Bo Adams 31 of Graniteville appeared before Aiken Magistrate Max Meek and was charged in a February drug sweep with two counts of cocaine trafficking, one conspiracy to traffic, and one distribution. Bonds totaled 1.075 million 350 000 for trafficking and 25 000 for distribution. Adams remains jailed at Aiken County Jail.
