Neil Farfour of Silver Bluff Associates proposed the rezoning to allow Andrew Blocker to build a martial arts studio and pledged 5.2 acres of open space to the city, a plan opposed by most neighbors after a 4-3 denial last month.
Spectators join halftime action to replace turf divots caused by horses at Powderhouse Polo Field. The event uses a minus 2 to 10 handicap scale for players. Gates open 11 a.m. March 28 with polo play starting at 1 30 p.m.
