Deputies found a Graniteville home ablaze after an armed burglary on Connector Road. James Earl Sheppard was arrested as investigators pursue arson and first degree burglary charges with no reported injuries. A woman escaped to call for help.

They presented a 60 minute program at the Palmetto Association conference in Myrtle Beach. Previous members helped draft the South Carolina Children and Youth in Foster Care Bill of Rights.
