Tyson claimed a disputed victory in a high profile bout fueling heated discussion across boxing circles. Promoters argued the outcome reflected skill and strategy, while critics cited alleged fouls and judging inconsistencies impacting the result.
Columbia AP report says four speeding tickets against Richland County Magistrate Harold C Hill his two sons and son in law were not prosecuted. The Highway Patrol investigates and declined comment. Hill denies ordering drops and recounts a prior ticket being dismissed after a remark to trooper G K Thomas.

The Aiken City Council will not decide to restore seven of eight mills until the proposed 1991 budget is presented mid May. Staff will show a balanced budget on May 13 and council may review before action after May 13. If seven mills are not restored, services may be cut due to growth.
