A Windsor fire department report says a 2 year old Lindy Richardson Jr died in a mobile home fire near Mount Beulah Church on S C 113. A babysitter and another child were injured. Investigators have not yet determined the cause.

AP reports Tehran returns have Bani Sadr followers ahead in seven of thirty districts while no IRP wins in the capital. Nationally the IRP and allies win 34 of 79 districts outside Tehran, vs Bani Sadr's 16.
