Tomorrow at 2 p.m. the 2nd Annual Harness Races opens at Jefferson Aiken Mile Track Banks Mill Road with a 10 race card featuring 42 trotters and pacers. A California film crew will shoot footage for Rutledge Carpenter centered on a girl and a grey horse, with additional hunt scenes planned in Belle Meade Thompson Ga.
