Aiken Young Professionals hear from leaders at Third Thursday
Northwestern Mutual hosted the February AYP event at the Greater Aiken Chamber of Commerce with about 90 attendees. Kurt Mueller urged members to start conversations about their financial future and to give feedback. J. David Jameson praised AYP growth and called on members to plan for the future as the chamber nears its centennial and renovations. The next Third Thursday is March 16 at the Reserve Club. first-time guests are free.

Holley Heating Donates to Aiken Character First Initiative
Holley Heating & Air Conditioning continues its Holley Community Fund support with a 500 dollar donation to Aiken's Character First Initiative. Ben Peyser Lee Boylston and Betty Thomason attend the Celebration of Character Ceremony. The event, part of Joint Women's Clubs efforts, will be held May 13 at 10 a.m. at Saint Angela Hall in downtown Aiken.
