Pitchfork attack leads to third degree assault charge
Aiken County deputies responded to Reynolds Pond Road where a roommate allegedly threatened the victim with a pitchfork over unpaid bills. After a second call the victim said the subject again approached with a pitchfork while the guitar was moved. the victim was injured, and the subject was charged with third degree assault and battery.
