The Aiken County Board of Education will sell an 11 million dollar school bond issue tomorrow despite requests from Rep. Huff Rudnick and Jones to delay until state action on Gov Riley's 210 million education program. The meeting at Educational Center 643 Edgefield Ave 7 30 p m will discuss use of potential 9 million aid and emergency power systems at Midland Valley Silver Bluff and South Aiken high schools.
