North Augustans arrested in drug raid
North Augusta residents Ronald William Hall and Ronald Shadrick Hall along with Ricky Lewis Davie were charged with manufacturing and trafficking marijuana after investigators seized 1,188 marijuana plants and $8,000 cash in a south Augusta operation started in September. David Charles Dean was charged with manufacturing marijuana. Lt. Robert Partain identified the elder Hall as the operation’s mastermind.
