Saluda man detained on drug charges after downtown chase in Aiken
A Saluda man, Brian Christopher Bibbs, 25, fled a traffic stop and was charged with possession of marijuana second offense, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of a controlled substance and failure to comply. Cocaine and marijuana were found in his control. Bibbs remained at the Aiken County detention center Monday morning.
