Windsor farms seek closure of two unpaved roads
In a civil action filed in March, Canadian River Farms Ltd Colt Farms Inc B C Farms Inc now BC Farms of South Carolina Inc and Outback Farms Ltd seek court closure and abandonment of about two miles on Oak Ridge Club Road and one mile on Old Bell Road. Blackwell wins District 81 runoff in low turnout race
In unofficial results district 81 voter turnout ran about 7 percent as Bart Blackwell defeated KT Ruthven in a South Carolina House runoff. Blackwell captured 1 038 votes 51 08 percent to Ruthven 994 48 92 percent.
