Multiple Property Thefts and Vandalism Reported in County
The Tri-Development Center at 725 Edgefield Road North Augusta faced a fourth theft after burglars destroyed a storage shed door and stole about 919 dollars in items. Oakwood Windsor Elementary was vandalized on June 22 with a broken door, extinguishers emptied, wax spilled, and a window damaged. A suspicious fire at a small building on 106 Joy Street Graniteville was ruled arson. A clash at Reid's supermarket ended with a victim assaulted and threatened, and a suspect later charged with criminal domestic violence and simple assault and battery.
