Expert to discuss downtown Aiken design seminar
Nationally noted architect Jo Ramsay Leimenstell will visit Aiken to host a public forum on sensible infill design for the greater downtown area. The Thursday seminar at 5 p.m. at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts is hosted by the City Planning Department.
