Plutonium shipments disputed amid court actions
Plutonium shipments were not confirmed for Saturday. Gov. Hodges is in a dispute with the DOE over funding for a federal plutonium disposal program, suing Energy Secretary Abraham and facing a July 10 Fourth Circuit hearing. A judge earlier blocked Hodges roadblock threats as illegal.
