Bond hearing set today for Highers in Aiken County detention center
The Aiken County Sheriff's Office joins 13 South Carolina departments in the Attorney General's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Bond hearing expected today for Highers as the 29th arrest since April 2004. Initial cases were handled by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, later expanded with local police help.
