Aiken Man Charged With Discharging Gun In City
Dustin Quattlebaum twenty four was charged with discharging a firearm in the city and failing to comply after firing about four times at a Congress Drive residence. Officers restrained him. a 9mm magazine and a nearby gun were found. A victim said he claimed others were shooting at him and that he heard voices. He was taken to the detention center.
