Beaufort County School District confirms 31 year old Christopher Guy resigned as a math teacher at Lady's Island Middle School after being charged with third degree criminal sexual assault of a minor. Police say the incident occurred at his home involving a 13 year old on Wednesday. Police say the child's mother reported the case to police.
