One killed in 1-20 crash amid heavy rain
A 19 year old Albany woman, Musheena Mynette Turney, died at the scene when her white 1997 Chrysler Sebring overturned on eastbound I 20 near mile six just before 5 PM in heavy rain. Long traffic delay followed as crews cleared debris. Speed and weather are possible factors per SC Highway Patrol. A second crash nearby involved Pamela Jackson in a blue Toyota Tacoma. The 18 wheeler was driven by Jesse Hammond of North Carolina.
