Silver Bluff Center Aims to Educate on Wildlife History
Floyd Starr of Philadelphia donated Silver Bluff to the National Audubon Society to transform the Shenandoah area into a regional education center. The sanctuary hosts 198 bird species and diverse habitats along 2.7 miles of the Savannah River with goals to educate schoolchildren and expand programs through partnerships and grants.
