Abandoned boat found in Savannah River investigated

North Augusta Public Safety investigated a capsized boat found Wednesday in the Savannah River. Lt Teo Thornton said there was no sign of foul play and the boat likely had been abandoned for some time. Sanitation hauled the craft from the boat landing.
