Aiken Planning Panel Hears McGhees' Mile Threat to Leave

He seeks to keep a manufactured home on site and urges changes including waiving the special exception requirement for a dwelling and allowing employee facilities and RV parking during events. Commission members showed support for laundry and kitchen upgrades and RV access but rejected the manufactured home request. Modular homes are allowed if compliant with current rules.
