Wagener man charged after late night fight and arrests
Jeffery Ingraham, 44, was charged with disorderly conduct after deputies found him at Collum Pond Road Wagener at 12:06 a.m. He faced alcohol odor and glassy eyes and argued over Facebook with a reported victim who feared him. He was transported to the detention center. Also under investigation, an armed robbery on Pine Log Road Beech Island left the victim car and $1,200 plus a cellphone missing after a gunpoint encounter. In Warrenville, Billy Lunsford, 35, was arrested on criminal domestic violence charges after a fight at Olivia Way where the woman was punched and choked. he reportedly cut himself and claimed she assaulted him. He was taken to the detention center.

A rare Agave americana, the century plant, has bloomed at a Kerr Street home in Belvedere. Owner Michael Deaner says the plant, over a decade in his possession, stands roughly 30 feet tall and will bloom only once in 10 to 30 years before dying and producing suckers. The plant leans after a recent thunderstorm yet still displays yellow and green blossoms.
