The Able-Disabled club gathers Tuesday at 7 30 p.m. in the Georgia War Veterans Nursing Home Augusta to hear Dot Koonce describe accessible state recreation facilities. The Aiken Bamberg Barnwell Edgefield Regional Library opens its summer reading program across county libraries branches and bookmobile.
