Members of the Aiken County Planning Commission will discuss interim subdivision regulations at a Thursday 8 p.m. meeting in USC Aiken Room 114. They were advised that some subdivisions lack inspection procedures and will study temporary rules until full regulations are adopted. They will also review Talatha Farms approval requested by E R Hager.
The Senate confirmed Daniel P. Moynihan for the U.N. ambassador post. Moynihan, Harvard professor and former ambassador to India, was approved without debate and with no objections.
