Normal sewer work closes Hayne Avenue in Aiken
Last weekend the Hayne Avenue section in downtown Aiken was briefly blocked as sewer repairs continued into midweek. Larry Morris of the Aiken Engineering and Public Works Department called the tasks routine and noted an unexpected larger hole.
