Bathman sought on kidnapping and assault charges
Aiken County deputies seek Wayne Cordaro Hankinson 29 of Cherry Street for arrest warrants on assault with intent to commit criminal sexual conduct kidnapping and possession of a firearm during a violent crime. The May 28 incident involved an Augusta woman who escaped with injuries after Hankinson allegedly pointed a gun forced sexual advances and fought her as she tried to leave.
