Man dies after being struck by train in Seneca
A 43 year old Seneca man Jimmy Bearden died after a northbound Norfolk Southern freight struck him near downtown while authorities believe he may have been lying on the tracks and drinking. Police say preliminary findings show no foul play as the investigation continues and the case is being handled by the county coroner.
