Gator Kills Girl as Onlookers Watch in Florida Pond
A 10 foot alligator killed Erin Lynn Glover, 4, while she played near Hidden Lake in Englewood. Five shots later, officers killed the gator which held the girl’s body in its jaws. Neighbor Jason Kershanick, 9, described the attack and immediate aftermath. FBI later investigated tips about a hearing impaired boy in Juarez who sketches plane crashes, hoping to locate his family.
