Aiken City Council approved a development agreement with Hendell LLC for a 2270 Whiskey Road Krispy Kreme and Harbor Freight Tools on a 2.76 acre parcel. The plan includes 20 to 25 Krispy Kreme jobs and 12 to 14 Harbor Freight positions.
