Inmate Found Hanging at Aiken County Jail
Bentley, 24, was found hanging by a bed sheet in the Aiken County Jail around 5:30 p.m. Monday and treated at Aiken Community Hospital. He is jailed awaiting trial on armed robbery and murder tied to Fate Taylor's Feb. 13 death at Jackson service station. A mattress fire followed his indictment, and he had just returned from extended observation in Columbia.
