James Irwin’s filmed religious message. Donations accepted.
Aiken County Youth Advisory Council asks the Lower Savannah council for nearly 50000 dollars to staff and equip a Youth Services Bureau in Aiken County. Grady Decell of the Department of Youth Services describes the plan as a diagnostic program to study local delinquency and coordinate prevention efforts while avoiding duplication.
