Couples wed as New York legalizes same sex marriage
On the first day of legal same sex marriage in New York, hundreds wed in ceremonies from Niagara Falls to Long Island. The historic law wide adoption follows states and districts that had legalized gay marriage. Fifteen couples were among the first to be married in the new regime.
