Augusta Museum Authority seeks new home and funding
Ralph Hough told North Augusta Rotary the Augusta Museum Authority is searching for a new site after more than two years. A Riverwalk area is favored, with about 4 million dollars already raised for the project. The museum aims for up to 300000 visitors first year and 500000 within five years, and may feature changing exhibits including a Masters life model golf display and a computerized Augusta National.

Miss Aiken County Pageant Saturday Evening
Sixteen contestants will vie for Miss Aiken County 1991 at 7 30 p m Saturday in Midland Valley High auditorium. Scholarships totaling 2500 dollars are offered with USC Aiken matching if the winner attends that school. Tickets cost six dollars and are available from contestants All That Glitters or at the door.
